Scenes of Planet Earth
May 2003. A famous landmark natural
rock formation has crumbled this day. The "Old Man on the
Mountain" in New Hampshire is no more. It was an awesome
sight to behold. Check out my links below.

and Mike's Treasures will be a major rapidly growing section of
Sanctuary.There are some awesome places on this planet of ours.
I've only seen a few of them, but I'd like to share what I have
had the opportunity of experiencing so far in my limited travels.
If there are places with great scenery that you've been to and
would like to see in Sanctuary, please send them in! Two of the
most breathtaking sights I've ever seen have got to be New England
in the fall and Sedona, Az. Talk about take your breath away beautiful.
I have easily hundreds of photos to scan to catch up to the point
where good old Spaz bought me a digital camera.
Being the movie buff that I am, you know that I am thrilled to
be able to post photos of places that I've been to that have been
locations for movies. The first is Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where
the dense jungles of El Eden (Garden of Eden) gave "Predator"
it's authenticity of being South America; the second is the ruins
of Chichenitza near Cancun, Mexico. This is where "Against
All Odds" was shot. And, last but not least, the Winslow,
Az Meteor Crater where "Starman" was filmed. I guess
I could add that when I worked in Century City in one of the twin
towers, they used the building across the street (while under
construction) to shoot "Diehard."
